I could be wrong but I think it would only cost around $100,000-200,000 dollars. He's got 2.5 million views on this (at the time I'm writing this) which I think equates to $5,000 dollars. It's 1 minute of content, movie is probably 120 minutes. A Trailer is kinda jam packed with action so the price tag of $5,000 per minute sounds a little high, so if you cut it down to $1,000-$2,000 dollars he could do it. i really like how instead of how most youtubers make everything look just like the minecraft models, you actually made it look like how it does in the trailer just animated, like the sheep and the piglin, this is the best one by far.
This is my favorite remake yet. I like how it kind of blends to the squishy realism of live action while still being animated and keeping facial expressions. And I love that you and many others are replacing the BS crafting recipe in the original trailer with a legit recipe. I really hate how they took the "you can do anything" a little to literally and basically are giving us a "Modded Minecraft" movie.
I should also be hired since I would also be the first Brazilian here: I have a great Storyboard that is totally different from this movie, but I'll talk about it later.
ah yes, one man animating all the scenes, definitely smart. And reanimating an entire movie that's finished being animated is totally in the budget. Look, I'm not saying the trailer is GOOD, I'm saying that it's too late.
@@Scribbelzz not necessarily, we’re in the middle of September and the movie comes out in April so there’s still plenty of time to go back and redo things, I mean they did it with sonic

This is legit the best remake of the teaser trailer I've seen. The characters, even the animals are so expressive while still keeping the minecraft charm.
They also missed a critical marketing ploy in an animation style. After watching the movie I’m sure many of the kids would’ve wanted to use the skins played by the actors.
It even works better than the original trailer scene. The way the original scene was done just gives me incredibly bad vibes, but somehow the bad vibes are gone in this version.
@@mojomitts It's immersion. The hyper realism of the original trailer along with Jason Mamoa's crafting scene kills immersion and makes it feel alien. This was very well done. Other recreations were either not expressive enough or just a rushed animation to get it out while people were still talking about it but this genuinely looks good!
in those ones defense it’s hard to manage a balance between it looking enough like minecraft while also looking expressive enough. there’s a lot of fan made trailers that deviate from the minecraft style for the sake of expressiveness that end up coming off as a little bit creepy to look at lol

I can't believe that this guy made something in 2 weeks that looks phenomenal enough to be shown in a cinema. This shows how much love and respect for the source material counts to create something amazing.
i think the best way to ''incorporate live action'' into the movie was to make the beggining of the movie live action, then have them be transported into the minecraft universe where they're animated like actual minecraft characters for the rest of the movie. great animation btw!
That was my thoughts. They find a random portal to the Minecraft world and then voice act the animated parts. That seemed like the most obvious way to go.
Mojang and Warner bros should hire this guy. Also will you be able to make the full movie in animation? That'd be so cool! Guys I know he probably wont but still.
After WB royally screws up this movie, they better not get made when people start remaking it online. I don’t care if it’s a big thing for them to give up, because they obviously will be losing a lot more money with this live action reject than piracy ever will 😅
It's almost exclusively CGI already, it wouldn't be hard for them to pull a Sonic and fix it. They just need to animate the live action actors and re-render it... 8 months, very doable. Of course they won't though.

Starting a petition and fund to get this guy to remake the whole movie, then we all can collectively call it the real movie while calling the one in theaters a bad knock off.
I'm in favor
I could be wrong but I think it would only cost around $100,000-200,000 dollars. He's got 2.5 million views on this (at the time I'm writing this) which I think equates to $5,000 dollars.
It's 1 minute of content, movie is probably 120 minutes.
A Trailer is kinda jam packed with action so the price tag of $5,000 per minute sounds a little high, so if you cut it down to $1,000-$2,000 dollars he could do it. The question is just how much time it would take.
@@bregenoranthoran1820 with as many minecraft animators are out there, I could probably guesstimate a max of 5 years

I noticed that you kept the differing heights that the cast had - and yet, they no longer look out-of-place or feel out-of-scale. That's impressive. :)
Jack Black actually makes a pretty decent voice for Steve. They really should have just had this movie be animated, though.
Ngl I would rather let this guy just try and make his own movie about Minecraft and see if it does better, but copyright might come so idk
This is exactly the way I imagined the Minecraft Movie to be like… blocky but with kinda human-like movements,Amazing animation and ACTUALLY ACCURATE CRAFTABLE ITEMS
fr
i really like how instead of how most youtubers make everything look just like the minecraft models, you actually made it look like how it does in the trailer just animated, like the sheep and the piglin, this is the best one by far.
Now I want a Minecraft Movie with this animation style. :D
“Erm actually, it’s modded Minecraft movie 🤓” ahh comment
It’s crazy how animators be doing this better then an entire studio 💀
The fact that someone can make something this good compared to the original that fast shows that warner needs to learn to cook
The movie's made by Warner Bros, but yeah your point still stands.
nope
Steve just needs his beard but everything else is PERFECTION
This has the realism they wanted while still looking like Minecraft, kudos to having the best of both worlds.
this is insanely good

Ok literally this should’ve been the movie. They should hire this guy to animate all the scenes in the Minecraft world
I should also be hired since I would also be the first Brazilian here: I have a great Storyboard that is totally different from this movie, but I'll talk about it later.
Javier finna read this
ah yes, one man animating all the scenes, definitely smart.
@@tommydevito4105The only reason Sonic got changed is because it was paramount and they didn't have to remake the entire movie, just Sonic since he was majority of the CGI the entire movie. This is Warner Bros, and they would have to recreate the entire movie costing them a lot of budget.
This is legit the best remake of the teaser trailer I've seen. The characters, even the animals are so expressive while still keeping the minecraft charm.
Legit. The actual movie looks uncanny, especially the mobs.
Then why did you ask for it?
Just have this guy animate the whole movie
google, show this guy's balls
Yes
They also missed a critical marketing ploy in an animation style. After watching the movie I’m sure many of the kids would’ve wanted to use the skins played by the actors.

Watch the animated version be done barely a year after the movie's release, which has been at least 4 years in production
Infinitely better. 0:30 is even correct too!
This youtuber version honors the theme of Minecraft.
On a side note, I'm worried about the story because of their art decision. I've seen too much DEI projects to know where this could go.
@EngY2502 Are you suggesting that the minecraft movie being out of touch is due to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion?
@@kadenjantz2180That's not what DEI stands for - it's "Didn't Earn It"

This was very well done. Other recreations were either not expressive enough or just a rushed animation to get it out while people were still talking about it but this genuinely looks good!
Good point!! I also agree, they weren't expressive enough. This is the best one 👆
in those ones defense it’s hard to manage a balance between it looking enough like minecraft while also looking expressive enough. there’s a lot of fan made trailers that deviate from the minecraft style for the sake of expressiveness that end up coming off as a little bit creepy to look at lol
THIS IS WHAT IT SHOULD’VE FUCKING BEEN!!
this is definitely by far my favorite recreation of the trailer. The animation and facial expressions aren't flat, but they also aren't over the top and exaggerated. Definitely the best adaptation released so far, well done!

i think the best way to ''incorporate live action'' into the movie was to make the beggining of the movie live action, then have them be transported into the minecraft universe where they're animated like actual minecraft characters for the rest of the movie. great animation btw!
Sure, like they did in "The Pagemaster". It's a classic formula that would've worked a lot better.
That was what i was thinking
Real, that would have been such a cool concept to add in the movie.
That was my thoughts. They find a random portal to the Minecraft world and then voice act the animated parts. That seemed like the most obvious way to go.
Yeah, something like Osmosis Jones. The humans are live-action, while the cells are animated in cartoon style.
The second trailer actually made me excited
@@G1gaKn1ghtSadly it will probably get copyrighted into hell, legal or not.
This proves that we don't need live action actors for Minecraft. If they don't animate - it'll flop big time!
