How to make 3D emboss silicone logo on T shirt?
Step1:Molding silicone ink mixing:
Molding silicone ink XG-360W 50G
Molding silicone catalyst XG-360WB
Silicone thinner XG-128AH : 0-10G
Silicone pigments 2-5G
Step2:Vacuum by vacuum machine for 1 time
Step3:Fill the mixing silicone on the mold move to vacuum by vacuum machine for another 1-2 times
Step4:Embossing Machine set temp :
Upper mold 180 degree
Bottom mold about 50 - 60 degree
Heating time 8-15 seconds (depends on temp and design size )
Heat press the vacuumed molding silicone ink on the fabric.
