There's no winners because they still have to live with themselves (but now its public and your laundry is public whether you win or lose) and BOTH sides sling mud and at least SOME of it is true for BOTH. Depp "won" but he still has to live with his problems (which are his own) but the court case just amplifies paranoias and makes his private situation worse because his laundry ahs been aired. Depps career hasnt changed after the fact and Baldoni, Reynolds and Lively will ALL be worse off. They will ALL be known as litigious and thus not genuinely trusted from here on out.
They should have settled privately, only the lawyers benefit from escalation.
