New 13.9" FSB free floated upper build

A new 13.9" upper build that I'm doing and waiting for parts for. This is going to be a front sight base, free float handguard build. Pinned gas block, pinned NOX, with a free float mlok handguard. Plus a little update on my Blackout Defense Quantum DTL.
