How long ago did you purchase your spray gun? We have only just started putting the bushing tool in with spray guns in the last few weeks. This is a brand new tool.

Will a regular hvlp gun work with your machine?

Compressed air HVLP spray guns are designed to be able to use compressed air at 10PSI and around 15CFM, so the air passages inside the spray gun are all very small usually no larger than 1/4". In our spray gun, the air passages are more than twice that size because they are designed to be used with much less air pressure, less than 10PSI, but over 65CFM! Because we use the air volume and not as much pressure the gun is designed for that and so it has to be used as system. Even the air hoses are large, 5/8" diameter, to get the volume of air to the spray gun.
