Thanks for posting this review. I am looking for a new compressor for my “garage hobbies”. This one looks like it will fill the bill nicely and for a reasonable price.
@ImGdiddy yes, this air compressor has a good volume of air for home use. The price is a great point also. I use a handheld air nozzle to blow out dirt from filters in the robot vacuum and lost of other uses. Good luck.
Thanks, looking at the best compressor I can buy for the money and right now this is looking to be in a sweet spot. Their website has it at like 177 and you can use another 5% code. $169 + tax so I kinda had to order it. Next best value are the store brand $159 8 gallons (Home Depot, Lowe's, and Harbor Freight all carry this), but this is a nice boost to SCFM and capacity compared to those. And if the specs are to be believed quite a bit quieter. Couldn't pass that up.
@@samowens44 that would have been nice to include in the instructions. I was wondering why is said 30 minutes when it got up to pressure after just a few. The instructions are pretty much crap, but between this video and the comments I think I’ve got it set up now. Thanks
Thanks for making this video.

I like the one I have, is quieter than my old one I retired. I use it a lot. I feel you will also.
You're supposed to leave the drain valve open while running it for 30 minutes
That makes sense to have the compressor to run for 30min. That step was not listed in the manual. Thanks for your input for that helpful info.
Hi I was just wondering why they have you run it for 30 minutes? Is that like a break-in.
@@dankfrog1 yes, it is a break-in. To get it to run for 30 minutes, you need to open the drain valve so it will no shut off.
