@@bruhmoment1761 I read it in manga fire, also if you read it try to read it from the beginning even the chapters the anime already covered because when I read it after the 97 anime I noticed that the manga was way deeper than the anime in the characters backstories and dialogues and everyhting honestly like why the king ordered to torture griffith that bad because there is a reason for that💀also the anime deleted some parts from the manga that were really enjoyable to read for me so just read the manga, you won't regret it. and I'm not saying the anime was bad for this I really think the anime is a masterpiece and they did what they had to do because of the little time and episode count they had

Waiting So Long is such a good song, but man it sounds so sad. The ending of episode 25 was super devastating too. The guitar, (Sorry I don't know what instrument plays in the beginning) playing right after Guts yelled "GRIFFITH!!!" Was super sad. I think the song sounds so eerie, not in a bad way, but in a beautifully creepy way?? If that doesn't sound mean lol. I just wanted to express my love for this song.

Obvious Spoilers ahead to answer your questions Griffith became a godhand because he was chosen by the crimson behelit which authorized him to become one - in order to accomplish it he had to sacrifice everyone as an offering so everyone was killed- Casca does live and has more to do in the conviction arc and yes Griffith was doing that in front of Guts
