Lol, I'm a girl watcher! When Brent said wait till you see what's under his shirt I was thinking he must be an incognito body builder 🤣 at least it was a nice shirt😜
"I'm a girl watcher! Watchin' girls go by... My my my..." (That's an old song in case you're like what's Blake talking about?!)" Thanks Barina! Make no mistake, Phil is strong as an ox!
Thanks Jerry! Phil and Brent both have some great sayings. This is an episode where it's hard to be G-Rated. Had to cut out a lotttt of Grade A content.
This was absolutely fantastic! Hood canal is such a cool area, I've only been there a few times, but it definitely looks like a very productive Fishery! And it seems like the crew was absolutely fantastic to spend the day with!
Hood Canal is great. It's the place I mentioned on the pod that's oyster city. I love Hood Canal oysters! And absolutely, Brent and Phil know how to have a great time on the water! My channel is so G rated I had to cut out a lot of the fun stuff, ha ha!
Thanks Brett! I was out on opening day on MA10 and scrapped out three. It was a lonnng day too. So I haven't tried 10 again. (I reckon 3 opening day is probably about 0-1 after opening).
@@WAFishQuestThat is awesome. I haven't even got one dungee undersize or non female in 10 let alone keeper. I may go try san juans next weekend. I hear it's better up there.
We got most of ours on the east side of the canal, around Stavis Bay and up to Misery Point. 60-100 feet down. This was the second day after it opened tho. Not sure how good it'll be now, but that's my knowledge.
Yay, y’all did a collab. How epic. They Make’n Bacon brought me to their channel. And I still haven’t made bacon unfortunately
Thanks! Brent and I had a good time! I suspect we'll collab myself. I specialize in eating bacon myself. 🤔
Thanks Blake, great work on the video!
Thanks Capt Brent! High praise indeed!
Love this title, and great video, too!
Ha ha, thank you David G!
Looks like fun times were had by all. Well maybe not the guy who got the claw! Those things can be fiesty!
Ha ha, thanks Brad! Phil is tough as heck. Probably hurt the crab more!
Great show bro, like your trolling style a lot, it is simple and easy, good to learn from your way!!!
Thanks so much Shane! I really appreciate it!
love some crabbin content, shout out to you Blake!
I'll take it! Ha ha. Thank you!

Lol, it was a My Back Yard shirt.
You guys killed it. Nice work.
Thanks Chris!
I love the " wall hanger "! Nice haul of crab guys.

Freakin awesome episode!
Hey! Thanks a ton J-Swizzy!
240 ft. Wow!, I always heard about 80 was max. but I learned something new today. Good trip. Mike.
Thanks Mike! Fyi Hood Canal is super deep too. Like 600+ feet. So that may have something to do with it. 250 isn't too deep out there.

Blake's Mom is Definitely in the house :) another great video Blake.,., ( u caught halibut in Alaska too)
Oh yeah. Good memory Mom!
Wow!Good 🦀 Crabs!Wow!Wow!
Thank you, thank you!
Now that was a real nice catch! I haven’t been out to the water in like two months and that makes me very crabby man! Haha 🦀
At least you can have a nice roll in the desert David! We'll have to get out and do a combo crab/salmon trip when you're back!
@@WAFishQuest Hi Blake, I’m finally back in Seatown and back to work. Although I had a blast in the Desert, it great to be home.
Nice haul out there. I've been trying in 10 for them but not too much luck. Only open 2 days a week as well. 👍

Wow. Beautiful crabs. Someone got pinched, huh?
Thank you! Ha ha, yep!
Im surprised at the limits! Especially on red rock crab ?????
Great video. Were all the pots at 240 ft?
All but the two I re-dropped at the end were less than 100 I think.
Why do you put the crab upside down in the bucket?
They tend to be more docile upside down.
Brent said it! Also they can crawl out pretty easily if not on their back.
If you feel like offering some good spots there would be appreciated. Heading there this weekend.

@@WAFishQuest thanks. We have had mixed luck off Dash Point, and Westport this season. Will report back.
Come visit us down in Bremerton we are close to illahee state parkkk
I think that's Brent's neck if the woods!
Are you catching up there?
What day we can crab in hood Canal ?
Don't just take my word for it, but I believe the regulations this year are Thursday-Monday. North of Ayock Pt. I think it's open until Sept 4.
@@WAFishQuest okay.Thank you.I appreciated the information.
Thanks for the wonderful video but I hope you are not throwing the plastic bags of food which is used to attract crabs in the waters.. love from India
We hold our trash!
Thank you! And we wouldn't dream of doing such a thing. They're in a containment area that the crabs can't tear them up either. Love from the USA.
