as you have given direction we have done it all but now they rejected reason :
ICMR death list name is not found, MCCD certificate is not uploaded and no documentary evidence found regarding covid 19.
where as i have attached RTPCR report, Death certificate of muncipal corporation, Hospital death certificate, HRCTC report etc documents ( my patient/father admitted in private hospital) what you will suggest sir on this plz guid us so i can sort out this issue at earliest.

यांच्या कडे गेलो होत.
त्यांनी अशी माहिती दिली की एका आठवड्यात
Applied to GRC फॉर्म
रेजेक्ट झाल्यानंतर ज्यांनी केलं आहे त्यांना massege किव्हा स्टेटस वरती कळवण्यात येईल की तुम्ही येऊन समोरा समोर document घेऊन यावी व काही तक्रार
असेल तर नोंदवावी. व ज्यांचे फॉर्म reject झाले आहे.त्यांचे appilction कोरोना मुळे death jhali आहे. हे सिद्ध करावे.तसेच appilction rejecte झाले याचा अर्थ पैसे मिळणार नाहीत असे नाही.....
Physically त्यांचा समोर येऊन document या आठवड्यात mgs किंवा स्टेटस वर date आणि टाईम येईल तेव्हा collector ऑफिक ला यावं लागेल
असे सांगितले.....

Since you have already applied for GRC (grievance ) you can wait. If you wanted, you can also visit your nearest Collector office and give a manual application along with the supporting documents and request them for further proceedings

As per goverment rules need to upload thay required MCCD but we dont have MCCD and RTpcr we have only CT scan report and death certificate is avaliable so pls suggest here they want RTPCR report ( but its optinal )

On 8th Dec 21 i have applied under ex-garita scheme with valid covid MCCD certificate & mandate doc. The status of application is still in "checked by under civil surgeon/ medical officer" . Almost after 2 month watching you video for appealing online, i have submitted the request of district collector but its been more than 10 days no response. please guide me for further process. i live in thane district my dad was hospitalized & passed away in Mumbai district. i have raised online appeal for Mumbai.

Basically they should have done by now. Not sure why this much delay. Alternatively you can also visit your nearest collector office and push for speedy action by giving a written petition (collect acknowledgement)

If you have given aadhaar linked bank account then money will surely come to your account after approval. You dont need to visit any office. (Visit only if it gets rejected)

Hi sir my application status showing applied for GRC. the reason of rejection is name mismatch in hrct report . the Hrct center wrongly fill the grandfather's name first and then my father's name so it's show mismatch with the application name so what can I do know. Pls guide me

Sir today I'll get application status is Applied to GRC so what will I do and you will says visit nearest collector office so my nearest office is Osmanabad collector office and lives in solapur district so where I go for documentation and my mom is applicant he is required in the collector office or only I am go and do a documentation process
You can go to Osmanabad office itself. You can travel without your mother. But please carry 2 copies of all documents and give application and take acknowledgement
