I'd love to see an underneath video of it and see how where they cut the pipe and mounted the new muffler. I have an 8Eight fab downpipe on my C70 and the cat backs available are pretty expensive. I also don't think an upgraded cat back doesn't really do much on these cars so a cheaper way to get some added exhaust noise like you did might be what I should do.
As a new C30 owner, I've watched all your vids. It'd be very helpful if you provided supplemental information for this type of video. You have viewers purchasing the parts you recommend and they're running into installation issues. Information on cost and method of install would be helpful!
Firstly, Thanks for the support and watching! Got it, i’ll try to be more intentional with costs and install. Did you run into issues specifically? Unfortunately I had a shop install my exhaust so I wasn’t involved in the install process.
@@AmrinDosanjh Thanks for the quick response. My general mechanic is tentative to cut out the old and he's mentioning new brackets being fabricated. I'm taking to a muffler shop next.
New subscriber, keep it up man! Love that you keep working on this car and love it. When I get my first car, I hope it to be a c30 and I want to customize it to be very sleek and classy. Will probably go for a 2.4i manual, cause I prefer the suspension and it's a bit more low key.

No, this was just a muffler from another car that happened to also fit the C30, so as long as you bring the part to an exhaust shop they should be able to install it fairly easily!

Could please show how the muffler shop welded up the pipes and hangers - The exhaust sound really good!!!!
