- Day one of 7.25" action at this popular annual event when all locomotives are based on types that operate/d on the 4'8 3/4" gauge (as with our own network).
A chance for owners/builders of these miniature masterpeices of engineering from all over the UK and often further afield, to get together on this 'premier line' (My description) and enjoy themselves.
Also nice to catch up for a chat with a few familiar faces.

It is indeed and for day 1 of 3 it was busier than I expected. A shame Chris & Rosie couldn't make it this year as they do enjoy this track & event. Best Wishes, Brian.

The event is always a great one, and well worth the visit.
The site would not be what it is today without both past and present members, and the hard and dedicated work and finance each of them has put into the on-going work and attendance at working parties.

Excellent footage Brian, I do visit this railway myself occasionally... only I always seem to miss these weekends lol. I do remember travelling behind 70014 Iron Duke once though lol. Must say the GWR County and the LNER N2 looked very nice indeed. Cheers, Dan

Indeed Rob. I've often filmed this event since we were volunteers here but the first time I just concentrated on lineside, I chose to leave the shed area to others over the weekend.
