    Thanks so much for these videos! I do reformer Pilates with an amazing studio but I now can supplement with your prenatal online workouts too!! ❤

      Awesome! Doing Pilates during pregnancy is so beneficial. It always made me feel so much better and think helped not have back pain as I got bigger
