Josh Groban meets Gavin, sings with Lauren in New Haven, CT

- Josh had tweeted early in the week about seeing the UA-cam video of little Gavin being surprised by his mom with the news that she'd gotten tickets for them to see Josh in New Haven on his "Before We Begin" pre-concert-tour concert-tour. Josh said seeing that video made his day. In this video, Josh has just asked if Gavin is in the audience, and asked him and his mom to come down and sit in his "living room" on stage. Lauren has asked Josh if she can sing "The Prayer" with him.

its really a "breath of fresh air" to see an awesome celebrity be so down to earth. most celebs (my opinion) are so snooty and think themselves better than everyone else- just b/c they are so famous. celebs need to remember that without fans- they are just regular people too- "nobodies"
Lauren, you were incredible! Scared out of your mind or not, it took a lot of guts to get up on stage and sing with JG! Gavin practiced "You Raise Me Up" all week in hopes of getting up there and singing with Josh and then told Josh he doesn't sing any of his songs! What ?!?!?!? :)
Anyway, you were fantastic, and now have this beautiful video by which to remember your shining moment. And you got to "grope" him, too... :)

After we saw Josh's posing of your video, we were hoping Josh would do something special for Gavin at the concert! I just knew he would, if he possibly could! You were sitting up near my husband in the mezzanine, my daughter and I were down in Row "F" - we were so happy when Josh mentioned Gavin that we were just about jumping up and down!
