I really liked the way you talked about the first year and the wishful thinking, and how that got converted into reality over a few years! Thanks Curtis Stone for referring me to Never Sink Farm! I'm a subscriber! :)

I first came across your farm from Diego Footer and now Curtis Stone, and with your channel coming up next I simply had to play it and subscribe. Wanted to begin homesteading 5 years ago but as an inexperienced big-city person I decided to move to the outskirts of a smaller city with a big backyard for micro-farming. I'm now ready to take that big step and buy land, although I will keep my day job as part time until my farm begins to pay well enough.

Hello. I came across your UA-cam channel and was hooked immediately. I must have watched 40 videos my first time! I turned my son on to you and your family and we watched several of them today and he enjoyed them too. We have chickens and grow our own food as much as possible. I am in love with your masterpiece of a garden and your cooking skills and taste. Looking forward and enjoying more of your life style.

Back in the 70's and 80's, My uncle had a small mobile home permanently stationed in the woods in Neversink, with just a telephone pole and a hand made out-house. He used it stickily for barbecues and family outdoor parties. Three times a year 25-30 of us would drive up from Queens for the day. Memorial, Labor Day and the 4th. There were a lot of children in the family, so it was something to look forward to.

We love this guy, watching all the videos now, March of 2020. Have 20 acres and need to plant more now, due to corona virus food scares. We haven’t been doing things so well up to now, man power problem, no work now means we are here me and can all pitch in.

I am enjoying your story and your knowledge. Our 1st year was last year and I grew the best weeds you ever saw, hahaha. Broke my heart but some of our veggies were so darn tasty. We have had another major set back, we have to move to another location. They sold our farm and we couldn't afford it. So, for now, we are going to use our small backyard and three beds in the front yard too. I'll let you know how it goes this year. Plus we are going to do 4 microgreens because of space limitations and I have grown some wicked Pea Shoots. I have a DIY greenhouse 10' by 8' two shelves and one bed and an electric space heater to keep the temp around 55 to 60 degrees on the nights it dips to 25 to 40. Any lower everything dies and we start over again.

Love your story. God bless you for sharing. Much gratitude. God bless 🙌 🙏 ❤
This is why I need my own land..I'm excited to watch the next video..
I accidentally found your channel, by looking up neversink new York. Lol
It's a town that's underwater, so they told me. And a thought came across my mind, and bam. Here you are, and I as well. God is good. Making the impossible, possible. Simply wonderful. I pray many more blessings in Jesus name for you and all God's children. That we find the simplicity and beauty through His creation. 🥰😇
You have planted a seed my friend. 😇🥰💞

I can so identify with your story - except I never got beyond a mile wide and an inch deep! Late in life, but I have found a mentor! Love your common sense solutions instead of just weeding more. I'm watching, learning, and this year will be better!

This is so inspiring and really thought provoking. We are so early on in our small farm/homestead. I really look forward to watching more of your videos as I believe much can be learned.
Also, I found you through your paid FB ad, and clicked through to find your UA-cam. I don’t know if you track that stuff, but I would find it a huge benefit if people tell me how they find us.

Conor: very endearing tale, olde boy.
    You turned the ground over.
    In. Life. Liberty.
    And.
    Pursuit.
You just lit an agrarian fire under my ass. And. Motivated. Me. I cannot do the Rat Race, Inc...deal.
    Anymore.
I work more, to pay more bills. To work more...to see my kids for an hour and a half at night, before bedtime. And, next day's Snooze Button.
    Blessings, olde friend. Great video.

@@NeversinkFarm Thank you good sir! I found it in the meantime, but I take your answers as a sing that i can get people's attention. I'm on a journey to having a farm and all i think i need more is to trust myself. I believe what can be done in USA on 1.3, can be done in UK on around the same.
Thank you for answering. Thank you for being you. You're awesome!

Kind of like self sufficiency. Having some chickens. Growing my your own food. It means different things to different people
