i don't think so, otherwise they'd just have it all overground like city hospital. you can see in the signalling leak city hospital is overground and connect and metro share it. for high street, the platforms are all underground and the metro platforms will be underground. i also think it'll only go as far as ufc.

I got one theory: why does all the sneak peeks have pantographs? Because the class 777 does not use pantographs so it may be fake

I've heard about this too. The official wiki page for the class 777 (irl) says that they were made to be fitted with OHLE equipment (pantographs) in the future, if needed. SCR may be replicating this, but it's just a theory.
