Hey Rooster!!.. I. Use a ASTATIC 636 L..POWER MIC. I usually keep it at 3. Do you think I should keep using this mic or switch to something else???. It's a 4 pin that I've used on many Uniden 68s 78s ..Cobra 148s and Cobra 2000 Gtl b ase????

If it's a 636 it should be a noise cancelling mic not power mic. The 575 that looks similar is a power mic, also the road devil, and handheld d104. If people tell you it sounds good stick with it. There's no one single mic that fits everyone

Very good information..I sure appreciate it..I use a Wilson 5000 on my car..it does the job..but I will check on that mic you mentioned 😀..thanks..Antron 99 at home. Need a MOONRAKER IN FLORIDA..When I lived in Ohio. I blew everyone away Florida's different. Get a lot of overseas skip using just a Uniden 68 in the garage. Lol..ttyl..thx

Hello Rooster. 380 Way out West... I have a Cobra 29 WX NW ST. the Dimmer lighted face is only working on the left side. Is this a difficult fix. Thank you. #80 Way out West. Im back in the Bushes.
