Saturday was my 330th day and I decided to go to the club all alone, something I had never done before.
I learned something that day, SR took me out of my comfort zone and forced me to do something I had never done before. I really enjoyed myself and I can't deny that some women were interested in me, but my focus really wasn't on taking women home or impressing them. I was also able to observe something else. Men are so exploited for drinks in clubs that men simply accept it. I have seen in front of my eyes how men buy women drinks and the women hang out with them for a while to act like they are interested and then run away and to see the men being left there alone is hard to watch On the other hand, I thought to myself if men only appreciated their values they wouldn't allow themselves to be exploited like that. And these are things that men don't notice because they either go to the club drunk or simply allow themselves to be manipulated or they are not clear about their values. when do men wake up??
Anyhow, It was an experience that encouraged me to go partying alone and not to depend on whether someone came with me or not. For me personally it was a positive experience and I would do it again at any time if I felt like it.

When you went out were your drinking or sober? I’m done with the night scene as when I did go out I had one goal in mind and most of the time I was unsuccessful and even the few times I did succeed it wasn’t really good. I can’t stand being in night scene environment unless I’m drunk.

No I wasn't drunk at all, I had couple of beers.
I don't go out often so it's a occasionally thing for me, when I go out or drink alcohol I do it for enjoyment, I don't drink much alkohol then i should. if I drink to much, the next day I will feel very bad and the whole day is wasted, because I lay down in bad with headache.
But I understand when u are tired of it, maybe u should take a break and go out when you are ready to.
Things are more enjoyable when we do them occasionally.

      Hi,
For me SR become easy when i realized, WHY i am doing it in the frist place, not only intellectually understanding is important, but also the fact, the longer i go the more benefit i am getting on my well-being the, things like women attraction etc. are nice to have but that is not my goal, my goal is to be fit healthy, strong and focused and be just in peace and SR is the right thing to do for me.
There is a saying once you feel it you know it. And SR let you feel and u can clearly see what the benefits are..
I can count u the benefits i get from SR but that is not the main point the main point is
,u need to figure what WHY u are doing it.
Some see SR as a challenge, some see it as a life style. Some are just curious....
      Find out your WHY.
      The second thing.
Find out Which things are required to be successful on this journey.
      For me personally.
-changing my diet helped me a lot
      - taking long walk and jogging helped me a lot.
      - there were times i took cold showers that was also helpful too
-Water Fasting helps me a lot
-watching Darius Channel helped me a lot and couple other channels like SRC , teaching of the wise, Clasik Obas helped me a lot.
In my experience i notice, it is important to know, why i am doing SR? where can i find the information to be successful in it ? What should be avoid to be strong on my journey? (to much alkhol or alcohol in general, not healthy food, watching se*ual movies or using social media that can trigger you to relapse etc.)
U asked me how to heal spiritually, mentally and physically ?
That is a difficult question, in my opinion, every person need to figure it out for him self.
I am a person if i am intresseted in somthing i just try it out whithout judging,If it works or not i learn by experience. Some things worked and some dont. The things that worked for me, i take them as a life style, those that dont, as an experience and i move on.
The information are there, You need to find out what will work for you, to be healed.
Just try it out and most important be confident in what u are doing if friends or family join the journey fine, if not go and find the best way to optimize you and your health.
And the last important thing i have never give up.
Today i am on 345 Day and believe me, when i tell u, it wasn't easy, because i had so many fails and relapses before i reach this days. But i never give up.
So never quit never give up the longer u go the stronger u will get.

What I do and what I suggest other people on their self improvement journey is to listen to these videos and similar videos with a notebook and pen in hand or the notes app open and jotting affirmations down I.e. note taking.
Examples from this video I wrote down:
    I am having pure thoughts
    I am respecting women
    I am respected by women
I am cultivating my sexual energy
    I am conquering my lust.
    Etc.
