Recipe 1

2 eggs
60 ml milk
1 tbsp white sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
a pinch of salt
Mix well
2 slices of bread
Cut off the crusts (optional)
Medium-low genre
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Pour the egg over the bread
Turn over and cover with egg
Repeat
Pour the remaining egg
Soak the bread with the egg mixture
Add to the pan
Shape the bread with paddles
Turn around
Sear the sides
