This week I will be traveling to Israel and Palestine to meet people to discuss a common federal government. The Israeli and Palestinian governments are incapable of making peace. We need a common federal government with Israelis and Palestinians as equal. It will be based on a constitution which separates religion from government and has three branches, legislative, executive, and Judicial, that are separated from each other. The federal government will be independent of the Israeli and Palestinian governments, elected by the entire population in Israel Palestine and dedicated to making peace. The Federal government would not dismantle the Israeli or Palestinian governments but work with those governments to give peace to the Israeli and Palestinian people. I hope to meet as many Palestinians as possible and Israelis to discuss this formula for peace.
