Dimash is 191cm/6-3" tall. He is young, tall, handsome, extraordinarily talented. He is classically trained since 5 y.o. He will be 25 this coming 24/5/2019. He is multi instrumentalist, composes and arranges songs too. He can sing practically every range and nearly any genres.....hardly much limits to what his vocal capabilities can do. Melodious and colourful voice.

Branko Trbušić D8 was not the highest ever note recorded from a male. There are male who reach higher. But those for the world guiness record in a controlled environment. Dimash hit the D8 in the concert after many hours of singing live. So yes, he is the best male to sing the whistle key.
The voice you heard comes from one naturally gifted but is only possible through years of dedicated training under the supervision of outstanding teachers. His mother is an opera singer, his father a pop star/music producer and he started extensive formal musical training at age 5 on instruments and vocals. He has said that his vocal chords are longer than usual and when the "voice change" happened he didn't lose his high notes but just extended his lower range. As a teen he trained operatically at an arts school but with his range that meant performing as a tenor and a soprano. His tone is so exceptional he was actually part of the female section of the choir. He then studied rock, pop and RnB vocal styles in college where he obtained a degree in The Art of Stage Performance/Variety Vocal. He plays several instruments well including piano, the dombra (Kazakh two string lute) and the drums. His goal is to tastefully combine these vocal techniques, along with those of his native Kazakh heritage, to create his own musical fusion.

This dude is really on a whole different level. His range is ridiculous sure but it's not just about that. He's got such amazing control over his voice that only comes from years of practice and study. He's doing things in this video that the top singers in the world would struggle with and he's making it look effortless. In addition to that he's singing in a foreign language, that he does not speak, and doing it better than some native speakers. The word genius gets thrown around a lot these days but there really isn't another that adequately describes the depth of this mans' talent.

Dimash is 191cm/6-3" tall. He is young, tall, handsome, extraordinarily talented. He is classically trained since 5 y.o. He will be 25 this coming 24/5/2019. He is multi instrumentalist, composes and arranges songs too. He can sing practically every range and nearly any genres.....hardly much limits to what his vocal capabilities can do. Melodious and colourful voice.
Honestly I wouldn't recommend his duet with Victor Ma......doesn't showcase his best qualities at all.
He did show on the World's Best show in the U.S. but was poorly treated by the judges when he refused to move into the final rounds against the other 2 finalists who were both children, 1 of whom was also from his country. He is a very honourable man :) E6, we love you.

Branko Trbušić D8 was not the highest ever note recorded from a male. There are male who reach higher. But those for the world guiness record in a controlled environment. Dimash hit the D8 in the concert after many hours of singing live. So yes, he is the best male to sing the whistle key.

The voice you heard comes from one naturally gifted but is only possible through years of dedicated training under the supervision of outstanding teachers. His mother is an opera singer, his father a pop star/music producer and he started extensive formal musical training at age 5 on instruments and vocals. He has said that his vocal chords are longer than usual and when the "voice change" happened he didn't lose his high notes but just extended his lower range. As a teen he trained operatically at an arts school but with his range that meant performing as a tenor and a soprano. His tone is so exceptional he was actually part of the female section of the choir. He then studied rock, pop and RnB vocal styles in college where he obtained a degree in The Art of Stage Performance/Variety Vocal. He plays several instruments well including piano, the dombra (Kazakh two string lute) and the drums. His goal is to tastefully combine these vocal techniques, along with those of his native Kazakh heritage, to create his own musical fusion.

There are several songs that are amazing...in English he sang Adagio by Lara Fabian, Show must go on by Queen, and then there are some in chinese that are heartbreaking...Late Autumn is gorgeous and Daybreak made me cry (during that last one he was sick and sang anyway)...later he sang other songs that are incredible, Love of tired swans and Sinful Passion are out of this world...and his own song, Unforgettable day in Gakku concert has his highest note to date (D8).

sure but it's not just about that. He's got such amazing control over
his voice that only comes from years of practice and study. He's doing
things in this video that the top singers in the world would struggle
with and he's making it look effortless. In addition to that he's
singing in a foreign language, that he does not speak, and doing it
better than some native speakers. The word genius gets thrown around a

I got a great baritone, tenor, counter tenor, and soprano all in one person. Six months later, I'm still in a state of complete awe. He is numero uno in my book!

I want to see him to get international fame and exposure. I hope his New York concert sells out (I live in the US)! Unfortunately the US music market seems to be closed to great singers outside the US and UK.
bbwng54 Yes, The London concert sold out, 3,000 people. The New York is not Dimash’s concert, it’s Igor Krutoy ‘s concert. He is a famous Russian composer, the one who composed Love of Tired Swans. He invited Dimash to appear in his 65 birthday celebration concert. Already on sale.
