In fact, pressure is really high. Literally, you can feel how your body is pressed. Especially below 30 m the feeling is really intensive. Back to your question. Human body is really miracle, we are able handle much higher pressure. In this video you can see it: ua-cam.com/video/flYmFAe6OmU/v-deo.html (at 1: 10min. they are at 30m).
First and in my opinion the most important thing is to find people in your area who are into freediving. The ideal is to take a basic course, which is always very helpful for beginners. People naturally have the biggest fear of something unknown. When a person doesn't know why his body reacts the way it does (kicking the diaphragm, balancing the pressure in the ears, breathing, ...), he naturally can't perform at his best or won't try what he considers "dangerous" things at all. Freediving is a really safe sport, unless of course we are talking about extreme performances (say depths below 80-90m). But the most important thing is: never dive alone, always have your buddy by your side.
Ben Wyatt I've heard in other videos that it gets very busy and you need to make a reservation but I very well could be wrong, looks like he just showed up
You need to get a reservation, especially if it's in the weekends or during holidays, because it's very popular. At least that's what we did, we went as a group and we had three hours distributed through the whole day where we were almost alone in the pool
The deepest and biggest pool is everywhere...... not really. But if you wanna visit the biggest and deepest pools go to a ocean! Ah, it is so good when a shark eats you.....I got to say, it massaging...
Of course, there is one guy sitting on the edge of the pool and supervises safety. On the other hand this pool isn't for everyone. For entrance you have to have certificate for freediving (or diving).
McLarenBMW In fact, I personally know 6-7 years old children which are able freedive 10-15 m and one 13 year old girl with PB 30 m. Simply, when you know how, it’s really safe sport.
I love how on the surface it just looks like any normal pool!
Faith On The Bass it's a normal pool just deep as hell
Quoi

I think isn't that long, look at the clock behind
The clock seen in the cut doesn't show a change in time.
But Enough About Me, Bill Paxton
Wow. The music really makes the hole confusing and abyss-like!
I bet this is the only pool in the world that no one has peed in
2:46
Good boi.
이영상을 찍은 카메라는 도데체 무엇일까?
40m 수심에 들어갈수 있는 카메라라. .
That would be cool if there was a hatch at the bottom that was the entrance chamber to your house.
Is it just me who finds these deep pools absolutely fucking terrifying.

Que vídeo lindo, quantos minutos leva pra mergulhar até o fundo?
Todo o mergulho demora cerca de 2 minutos. Minutos para baixo, minuto para cima.
is it safe to dive this deep ? Can the brains whitstand the pressure which i assume is high ?
In fact, pressure is really high. Literally, you can feel how your body is pressed. Especially below 30 m the feeling is really intensive.

congress tart O JESUS LMAO
Is it like cost or like open to everyone??
It is open to everyone who has diving/freediving certificate. And of course, you have to pay for every booked (1 hour) session.
whats your advice for beginner freedivers
First and in my opinion the most important thing is to find people in your area who are into freediving. The ideal is to take a basic course, which is always very helpful for beginners.
People naturally have the biggest fear of something unknown. When a person doesn't know why his body reacts the way it does (kicking the diaphragm, balancing the pressure in the ears, breathing, ...), he naturally can't perform at his best or won't try what he considers "dangerous" things at all. It's not a cool pool if the water temp really is +32 C ?
it's thermal water, around 32-33°C. You have to go out for a while every 15-20 min., because it's too hot :-)
Rastislav Krbata lmao wow.
Its natural water
very fast.
Where is it located?
It’s in Italy, in Montegrotto Terme near to Padova. More details you can find here www.y-40.com
Can you just show up to this place like a normal swimming pool
Ben Wyatt I've heard in other videos that it gets very busy and you need to make a reservation but I very well could be wrong, looks like he just showed up
You need to get a reservation, especially if it's in the weekends or during holidays, because it's very popular. At least that's what we did, we went as a group and we had three hours distributed through the whole day where we were almost alone in the pool
How do you hold your breath like that??
Zombie CamoSkeleton18 swimmer training most likely swimming medatation which takes 30 mins to do and practice
Freediving is about is being calm and slowing your heartbeat so your body is consuming less oxygen
Were is this
In Montegrotto Terme, Italy. It’s About 50 km from Venecia.
2 cuts though...
Is it safe for your ears diving into 40m depth?
There are no difference between diving 5 or 50m. You have to know how to equalise pressure in your ears.
oh I see.. thanks
But, 'Y' tho?
Damastric Studios idk what is Y, but one Y is equal to 1 meter (3.2 or 3.3 foots)
Underrated comment
Mincraft you noobs
Y is the vertical axis, 40 is the depth (meters)
sushi moimoi yes. The pool named Y-40 as it goes vertical down 40 meters, approx 131 feet. Only deep thoughts of joy with this pool.
Don't drop your camera
The deepest and biggest pool is everywhere...... not really. But if you wanna visit the biggest and deepest pools go to a ocean! Ah, it is so good when a shark eats you.....I got to say, it massaging...
Yo nadaria por qué se nadar
What's the song.
Hi, author: Chris Zabriskie, song: But Enough About Me, Bill Paxton
What is the debt?
Uncle Joe Rocks you mean 4962.4 centimeters.
Apád Füle or about 131 foots, ~39.92 meters?
*depth
How many of you can try that diving?!
I'm pretty sure 15-20 m can freedive almost everyone after small practice, 40+ can dive let's say 15-25% of us.
Please, take a shower first 😂
Are there lifeguards at the pool?
Of course, there is one guy sitting on the edge of the pool and supervises safety. On the other hand this pool isn't for everyone. For entrance you have to have certificate for freediving (or diving).
McLarenBMW Not yet :-)
McLarenBMW In fact, I personally know 6-7 years old children which are able freedive 10-15 m and one 13 year old girl with PB 30 m. Simply, when you know how, it’s really safe sport.
No, in the pool, there are also part with approx 1.3m deep, where children can practice swimming without permission.
With Jesus you can
You really didn't have to bring Jesus into this
disappointed
Wait how do you breathe?
You don't need to :-)
Rastislav Krbata whaaat
