  • February 2021. This talk explores Genesis P-Orridge and TOPY’s period in Brighton (UK) between 1988-1992. Andrew Finch discusses Gen’s formation of TOPY, the group’s local activism to close the Dolphinarium, Brighton as a city of inherited 60’s counterculture and the raid on the Roundhill Cresent house by Scotland Yard, leading to the dissolution of the group. Featuring never-before-seen film-footage from Boris Hiesserer’s archive and an audience Q+A.
