  • A (little) self-generative patch. With the entire system in the frame, but i'm not sure if one can see anything.
Quick explanation for the cables :
    - purple : left channel
    - pink : right channel
    - white : trigger signals
    - black : negative voltage (to slow down the sequencers) plus the signal that controls the amount of that voltage
    - blue : slow countinuous modulations, generated by different combinations of the four LFOs at the top left corner (and i have also used blue cables where i hadn't enough yellow and brown ones 🤔)
    - brown : voices that go through the delay
    - orange : voice that goes through the chorus
    - yellow : other voices
And all that go into SA Collider in dual reverb mode.
Recorded on the 1st of july 2024. Patch performed live in one take. No overdubs, no post processing.
    Synthesizer : Behringer/ARP 2500
Effect pedals : Source Audio Collider, MXR Stereo chorus, tc electronic Flashback
    Audio interface : Steinberg UR-RT 4
    DAW : Cubase 10

I was wondering why I couldn't find any BARP 2500 gear. Now I know where it all went. That's an impressive wall o'modules you have there, dude!

🤩Beautiful! Logan 5 and Jessica 6 instantly stop running and starts to perform a hypnotic slow-mo-psychedelic-dance, they can't resist this magical sound (hehe)!!!❤

Hello mate 👋 Thanks for sending this video link over... I genuinely love this! So inspirational and interestingly cinematic. I love it. I think the frame is in itself, a cool shot... Terminator 2 vibes in a great way... but more threatening... 🤔

    Hello everyone,
i have no ModularGrid account, but for those of you who want to see the setup, it is described there :
    lanuitestfaitepourdormir.org/2500/2500.php
(in French, but there are the pictures.)
The project would be to double 🙃 the number of modules (i already have the sequencers), but for the months to come i will use the money i have to buy effect pedals. I want to try new reverbs, but they are quite expensive, so it won't be before september i think.

Love this generative catastrophy soundtrack ;) Can you post a downloadable mp3 of this audio somewhere? I'd love to have it in my iTunes library.

is it worth the money? serious question :)

      @lnefpd  Місяць тому

Of course not ! In the sense that you don't need all that to make music.
Serious answer : the real point is how long will these cheap modules last. If they are still working in 10 or 20 years, then, yes, it will be worth the money.
