This is Much different than the old trail that started at the college. I used to hike the original route at least once a year when I was a kid. Thanks for sharing.🙏👊☮️
When you reach Cross Camp there was a creek crossing there, probably hard to find but the old trail climbed up the other side and got you completely around that 2nd punchbowl area and then dropped back down to the creek above the "big slide" and then on to what was called Jackson Camp(not a day hike), then continued all the way past another big waterfall all the way to the back side of Topa-Topa Bluffs. I have no idea what the trail conditions are now but in the 70's we roamed that whole area. Nice video!
I think the one we did was out and back, I don’t think it circled around. We did use the AllTrail map and it seems you can loop at the first waterfall but we just headed back the way we came in. Thank you so much really appreciate the kind words. One tip to remember, once you go down into the ravine remember the path because everything looks the same once you are down there.
Si perdón por la tardanza, estábamos bien ocupados, pero pronto vamos a subir más vídeos. Tenemos mucho vídeos que subir a UA-cam. Le agradecimos las palabras de aliento. Gracias amigo!

Is this hike following AllTrails map counter clockwise? Doing this hike this weekend. Love the video! Want to take the same route you did.

¿No hay más videos? Hace días que no se les ve por aquí. Se les extraña.

@@HikeHub Ah, excelente saber que están bien. Y esperando ver esos videos. Un abrazo.
Is the 3rd punchbowl also called Jackson hole at the base of Jackson falls?
No actually Jackson falls is way further north from the third punch bowl.
Can you travel now 2021?
I believe so, we have been to a couple of places this year.
What happened you guys split?
How long does it take from the parking lot to the first pool?
It’s about 3 miles in, so depending on how far you are going, it should take about 1:30-2 hours
How long did it take you to get to the 2nd punch bowl
I would say it took about 2.5/3 hours. We actually stopped to enjoy the first waterfall for a bit so could of been faster.
Do you guys allow people to come on hikes with you
Yes we always love hiking with friends. You can always message the instagram account to coordinate with us.
