6 eggs
1/4 cup milk, kefir (or non-dairy alternative)
2 Tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped vegetables (such as broccoli, bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes etc.)
Shredded cheese or soft Mozzarella (optional)
HEALFY CAKE
1 banana
1/2 zucchini
1/2 sweet potato
2 eggs
1/4 cup natural cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
