All the experts that I have seen on UA-cam also say the same thing. Apart from treadmills, you can also consider exercise bikes (spin bikes), preferably those with belts instead of chains.
If someone is overweight, it will damage the knees

And whatever the weight, it’s advisable to maintain a low heart rate (search for low heart rate training or Maffetone training on UA-cam).

Total cost around 17k and most importantly jab bhi time milta hai tab karte hai koi gym jaane ka need nahi. 17k me hum sab body part ho jaate hai including legs, also CrossFit bhi kar lete hai. Apka ghar aur budget dono hi mere se to bada hi hoga bhaiya. To bahana mat dhundo, health pe dhyan do apko bhot acha feel hoga.

Usme cables hoti hain unke alag tarah ke pakadne ke lagate hain like rope ya choti rod and ye same cheez usse kar sakte hain bas aage peeche khud hona padega but jruri bhi ni h, ye arms and back ki exercise hojayegi. Also usse har muscle ki exercise kar lo.
