It depends on the liquids philic and phobic properties and/or the cornstarches philic and phobic properties
If the cornstarch is phobic of the liquid you'll get nothing except it running off like water from a raincoat. And if the cornstarch is philic of said liquid, due to its slippery state you wouldn't need as much mixed into the cornstarch to achieve oobleck.

Baking soda, vinegar, and dish soap is what makes the classic science fair project volcano work.

Try messing with oobleck under non-standard conditions: such as higher/lower atmospheric pressures, higher/lower temperatures, and even in an environment that houses things that moves at intense speeds.
Maybe, what happens if you boil oobleck?
What happens if you freeze oobleck in liquid nitrogen?
Would oobleck and slime mix together: the combination of oobleck and glue, basically?
