Primary Cause - 8th Mercury- paleness exhaustion. Nervous
Secondary Factors
8th sun - heart, fever, acids
8th Mars - fire, fighting, accident
8th Saturn - exhaustion
8th sign pisces - water retention
= weakness and exhaustion factored by heart failure and water retention is a common feature of heart failure.

My brother died early from overdoing drugs and alcohol. He has Taurus ascendant (also anxiety and sadness). He has every planet outside of rahu and ketu except Venus. Nothing in 8th, 8th ruler (Jupiter) in 4th. 4th ruler (sun) in 9th. Nothing in 2nd.
Edit omg i just realized, his 8th Lord is exactly opposite his ascendant Lord. Jupiter and Venus-- died from over indulgence.. also btw he was an amazing musician and movie buff. He played the guitar when he woke up, and played until be couldn't anymore. rip brother.

Ketu is almost exactly conjunct my Scorpio ascendant, and the Sun is my Atmakaraka and sits alone in the 8th house, at 27 degrees... (The other co-ruler, Mars, is in the 12th with Saturn).
And the Moon and Jupiter are in the opposite house, the 2nd, and the Moon in exactly opposite the Sun.
I can't make predictions about the future, but what I can say is that I think initially I was blessed with good health. However, I have been gradually losing my health and vitality from living in an abusive environment. So it's external factors.
It's interesting though... had I not been born to an unusually cruel family, I really think my health and vitality would not have been eroded like this.

The pattern for the navamsas is that the first three degrees is the cardinal sign for the element of the whole sign in the main chart. every three degrees, the zodiac continues in its natural order, so by 15 degrees of any sign, the navamsa will be the fixed sign of the element of the whole sign, and the last three degrees the navamsa will be the mutable sign of the element of the whole sign.
it's easy to remember because the cardinal signs always start at the beginning (fitting for the nature of being cardinal), the fixed sign is smack in the middle of the sign so it really is fixed there, and the mutable sign is at the border!
so if you know the degrees that a planet is in, you can easily get a picture of the navamsa chart without much of a calculator!
I know someone who has sun and mars in 8th and so agressive and confrontational and loves fighting and war. His dentiny... I always told him be careful wishing he was in a fight all the time, he may get it and not come out.

If im not wrong, 8th house indicates our in laws. I have Venus sitting in there in ashlesha and clearly not benefic by nature as its supposed to be. But it greatly helped in managing ups and downs

My ascending is 19 degrees of Gemini and I have Pluto at 28° transiting my 8th house which is Capricorn. I also have my son at 27° of cancer which is being opposed by this Pluto and I have Saturn conjunct my natal moon at 4° of Pisces

For example for one i want to learn what navamsa and hora and trimsamsa and all the other sub division charts mean and how to use them correctly ,and how the tie into the main chart. Without order, its difficult to learn.

its a diagnostic tool for doctors, a lot like a thermometer, stethescope, etc. It helps in the same way.
So there is the lord of 8th, and its level of exaltation, and other planet aspects, but is this to the CUSP of the 8th or the middle of the house?
Examples for me
8th house is Pisces
8th Lord is in 2nd in Virgo
Aspecting 8th would be Mercury in Cancer in 12th, Uranus in Scorpio in 4th for the trines
Opposing 8th in 2nd are Mars, Jupiter and Saturn
Squares to 8th are sun moon venus Gemini and Neptune in Sagittarius
Soooooo lots of connection to 8th house for me (which is why I do what I do!) 😂
If I use the sidereal charting system Lahiri, then I have NO hard aspects at all and nothing there. So depending on the chart system, signs change.
Jupiter would be the only significator that I would think to use here. Jupiter in Virgo.
So I always predicted I would live to 90 at least and see great great grand babies. LOL like my great grandmother. She had an aneurysm burst in her stomach. But she was ready to leave a long time before because she was so lonely. Seeing Jupiter is natural death, I expected that be the way I go.
