So when it is wired with the headlight how does it show the amber lighting then? Does it show when the headlights are off? I watched the install from DD and they used a T tap but i forget to which wiring. I dont want to go that route in case i need to reverse it.

I don’t understand what the jumper cable is used for… is it Tacoma only? If the fog light switch is on it comes on, wire is for what ?

​@ccarpenter2k supposed to be for the amber backlight feature but i dont understand how it works while its wired with the headlight...i watched the official DD install but they were ising it to tap into another wire....

What wire does the T-Tap attach to from the headlight ? I have an SR5, not sure I connected the t-tap to correct DRL wire

You can connect it to any 12v wire that uses a fuse aka running lights

Thanks, I will get a volt meter, I used directions but I guess I tapped into the wrong line, right my parking lights turns on the fog lights full.
