I've produced unsponsored content for 10 years! Now its my turn. UA-cam viewers haven't the slightest idea how much effort goes into making content they get to watch for free. Ad revenue is a pittance. Honestly. Double it and my rent is almost covered. And 10 years is about how long it takes before burnout strikes. No doubt this announcement will alienate people who would not have supported me in 100 years, and wouldn't even take the time to hit a like button. So to you from me, it's a happy goodbye :-). For the rest of you, join me around my campfire.

For punters, they put up with annoying ads in exchange for a smorgasbord of vids from an endless supply of creators, keeping an ever evolving list of “subscriptions” as their pastimes, and the quality and content of each creators’ vids, come and go. Punters who like 4wd adventures may be subscribers to 5 or more other channels doing broadly similar content - some entertaining, some technical, some “how to…”, some a bit off topic but watch occasionally anyway, some exotic trips we’ll never make but interesting to watch anyway.
