Scourge's giant claw weapon is fused with electricity according to the concept art description of him. So there's no indication that Jolt's coming back
I think the 3rd meteor was mirage and jolt was killed by scourge then scourge taking his insignia for his truck and took his powers then using jolts powers to kill bee but I highly doubt bee will die since if he does basically g1 prime death 2.0
