Today was a prime example of what a manager can do when they are given time. The performance and tactics were all spot on today and I strongly believe we should give Poch next season as well.
Totally agree. It’s the fist time in years we’ve given a manager time to sort out the issues and find solutions instead of sacking them. Not only that you can see the squad are defo playing for the manager. Bringing in a new manager now would be crazy.

No a prime example of how the team plays with no Enzo. Everyone plays with complete freedom at a high tempo. Without Enzo, we never lose. He slows our game down, is overated and overpriced. He wasn't a necessary purchase for us.

Rome was not built in a day, Poch clearly knows what he is doing just one player out, cannot possibly make a team click like the boys are now starting to show on the pitch. It is a process and we starting to see fruits of the pain we went through. I would better trust in the process and see how far Poch can take this young team. Cant continue to chop and change managers and remain in limbo trying new things constantly, clear examples, is Liverpool and Man City who probably 5 seasons ago weren't as good as Chelsea but miles better now because of trusting in the process and building stability.

We have a completely new team that never played together, the youngest team in the prem, the most injuries in the prem, also we were 12th last season. It was never going to take only 10 games. It takes 2 seasons to build a team from scratch

I think the most important part about this result and the one against Everton is that we've tended to better in the big games, but the teams who sit back and let us have the ball we've struggled against. this shows big strides towards that
