I had one for Xmas and 9ts X nice bit of kit, however the lid mechanism underneath is a terrible, fiddly mess. I took it out to clean it and it will not go back together. I'm not sure if it's bad design or faulty. Very disappointing.
you should def take that up with stanley, cause they stand by their products! so they should be able to determine if its broken and replace it or at the very least help you get it back together

The lid has an impossible akward construction.
If you have to use the two hands, it is not a travel mug
