Unfortunately as a Wednesdayite this is what we’ve (majority) of fans have come to expect from Chansiri especially the past 7 years since Carlos Carvalhal left! We’ve had 7 managers since then & only 1 of them genuinely did wonders Darren Moore even he was ousted by Chansiri! All the other 5 were failures or couldn’t work with Chansiri!!! I can understand from a business perspective that he wants to recoup his investment but never will that happen unless miraculously we got into the premier league which realistically won’t happen under his tenure! Danny Rohl was a genuine coup for us & his coaching staff last season given that we were odds on for relegation & then the miracle that happened! There’s 2 occasions now that Chansiri has thrown a manager under the bus 1 Darren Moore when we got promoted in 22/23 & now again when we’re doing unbelievably well!!! As the old saying goes Chansiri the gift that keeps on giving!😬 Let’s just see what happens before end of transfer window closing! 🦉💙🦉 UTO!!!
Think our leader will be very reluctant to engage in finger pointing conversations,but we think the recent Southampton approach for our leader was the catalyst for this disaster that may appear very soon.🥹🫡👍
Bang on. We’ve not been as ‘buyable’ as we are now, for a long time. Not sure if it is a cultural difference, language barrier or what - but Chansiri doesn’t get it and appears not to care about the fans, seems stubborn, easily sighted and occasionally spiteful. Holding this forum in itself was an utter bad move, he has history of putting his foot in his mouth. Time for him to sell - and despite what he says, it’s his job not ours to find a suitable buyer. Have to say though, Southampton seem to have done this in response to us not allowing DR to move without a massive fee and it feels like a punch back at us/DC for that by recalling Charles and demanding additional fees. That’s also spiteful.
Great press conference from Danny, showing how the media can be handled in a diplomatic way while still giving them answers. Some others in the club could learn from him, especially given English is also his second language. One thing did stand out to me though, and it's something that might have been missed. When asked about whether he had passed a transfer list to the chairman, he mentioned the name of a guy he had spoken to. That man again, Amadou Paxao. Supposedly DC's right hand man and main advisor, also a part of the recruitment team. If Danny spoke to him, why has that message not gotten through to the chairman? Just a little thought there...

What you've missed here is that Chansiri personally owns Hillsborough Stadium - Wednesday don't. If they get the chairman out, where do they play? Presumably Chansiri would want to sell the ground to any new owners - so that's double the outlay - and Wednesday end up back in the same position when they inevitably fall out with the new chair. The only hope seems to be an owner who will buy both club and ground, then gift the ground back to the club. That sounds unlikely to happen.

Let me make this clear,Chansiri doesn't have any money anymore, other than that ( along with revenues) to keep the club ticking over. He's broke and admitted he's not rich...and that's largely the problem. He doesn't have the required funds to maintain a push towards the play-offs. Rohl has worked wonders with limited resources but as often happens in January at all clubs, needs a few additional players, not least because of injuries. Chansiri's been here 10 long years and the club is in a far worse position than when he purchased it.We don't even own the ground anymore! It's a decade of staggering incompetence,arrogance and delusion. After a honeymoon period and two play off appearances, it's been a litany of cock-ups and mismanagement,points deductions,unpaid tax and numerous embargoes, not to mention poor managers. Some good, (some marvellously good decisions! ) some not so good, difficult and hard to accept.Perhaps if he had a 50% say and the fans 50% it might be a good balance! First he sacked Stewart Grey who wanted to sign Jamie Vardy, then Leicester City won the Premier league with Vardy (1st time ever!). He gave Carlos Carvahal (pretty free reign) to sign whoever he thought best and Wednesday just missed out in the play off final! Darren Moore was a fine choice as is Danny Rohl. Danny said he'd like to go to Southampton (alone or backroom staff were never specified to the public) Chansiri said OK you may go but I want this because this is what we value you as plus it WAS in your new contract. Southampton have obviously said NO we don't want to pay the compensation or they dont want to pay either the 5 or 10 million and maybe offered much lower than the evaluation, Chansiri said NO im not letting him go for anything less than I want for the guy, Southampton have said OK we'll look elsewhere and now Danny is sulking because he never got to go where he wanted to go. That's NOT on Chansiri, that's on Danny for sulking and Southampton for not paying the compensation. Would you agree for your star player to be sold to a rival (because lets face it Southampton will be Championship next season anyway) for below his value just because he "wants to go there"?? @ what makes us know it very well? We were only in league one for 2 seasons. Players are training well, Rohl’s still head coach so nothings changed other than the man up top somehow getting worse

If people could kindly take their always blaming Chansiri blinkers off just for a minute and see the reason him & Rohl aren't speaking now is because it's Rohl not speaking to Chansiri NOT the other way around. Rohl wanted to go to Southampton (he even went to to talk to them as we know because it was reported that he had) Danny was ready to take the job and Chansiri said fine but I want the compensation I asked for which was either £5 million just for Danny or £10 million for Danny and his backroom staff, Southampton said NO we're unwilling to pay it and I believe Danny wanted DC to lower or drop the compensation package which DC wouldn't and now Danny is sulking with Chansiri. I believe DC when he said he's seen no list for players to come in, Rohl hasn't handed him one as I believe he now wants out of the club. He won't see through the 3 year deal but that's NOT on Chansiri that's because Rohl's loyalty to us isn't there anymore, I no longer back Rohl as our manager and want him gone from the club ASAP he's just going to cause us to go backward as he has no interest in pushing the club on now. ROHL OUT!!!

Who is the one in charge? Mr Chansiri, not Mr Roehl. He should be arranging regular meetings with tbe team manager. The season was going so well, until the meeting took place. What a calamity and yet you're seemingly content to be owned as we are!! Crazy!

This is about Danny Rohl wanting to go to Southampton, Dejphon Chansiri agreed to him going to talk to Southampton about the job so never stood in his way, but when Rohl signed his new 3 year deal he knew before he signed there was 2 compensation packages in place. 1 of £5 million if another club wanted Danny alone, and 1 of £10 million if another club wanted Danny + backroom staff. Danny said he'd like to go to Southampton (alone or backroom staff were never specified to the public) Chansiri said OK you may go but I want this because this is what we value you as plus it WAS in your new contract. Southampton have obviously said NO we don't want to pay the compensation or they dont want to pay either the 5 or 10 million and maybe offered much lower than the evaluation, Chansiri said NO im not letting him go for anything less than I want for the guy, Southampton have said OK we'll look elsewhere and now Danny is sulking because he never got to go where he wanted to go. That's NOT on Chansiri, that's on Danny for sulking and Southampton for not paying the compensation.
Would you agree for your star player to be sold to a rival (because lets face it Southampton will be Championship next season anyway) for below his value just because he "wants to go there"?? Of course you wouldn't you'd say stump up the asking price or get lost.
