On one side you would see a different nawabi style and another the modern progressive side of city. And most important aspect is Food with the most reasonable prices with the quantity and quality compare to any city in India.

Hyderabad daily diet jowar rati,gehu roti and chawal sarvappa,bakshalu,jaggery rice and many eatables with rice Special sweet for lord hanuman which we do on hanuman jayanthi and special sweet for lord mallanna who is believed to be avatar of lord shiva. Birayani and haleem ,(kaddu khar kheer,kubani kha meeta,double kha meeta are some famous hyderabadi deserts) Tea is special in hyderabad with osmania biscuit

Very cosmopolitan by its nature because big number of Madwadi Gujrati, Sindhi Marathi Bihari community is living in neary by vicinity of charminar. You can find People from all over India work & live here. Least communally effected city in India where people from different religion living happily side by side. 4:36 Golconda diamonds come from mines on the Krishna river banks in Kolluru, Paritala and such places in the present day Andhra Pradesh. It is where Golconda mines were located. Those places were all in the Golconda kingdom before the British came to India (like the undivided AndhraPradesh). Before 1800 all diamonds in the world were from India & no other country.
I would like to visit Hyderabad, but I'm more interested in seeing parts that are less westernized. I can see trendy bars and hotels here in America. The flower market and home-cooking demonstration looked interesting, though.

Hyderabad is nice that it isnt a tourist nightmare like other cities where people are trying to sell or swindle you out of money. Its good if you want a normal relaxed life in india where things dont cost as much compared to other cities.

Also, the food, Guys Hyderabad is famous for its biryani, kebabs, everything. Where's all of them. You shall actually take a local along and I swear you'll eat the best food ever. Also, the best part about the city is the people, so much diversity. The only part of South India that has more Muslims than Telugu people and all the festivities are celebrated together. During Ramadan, there's a shop after every 5 minute walk selling Haleem which is enjoyed by all. Also, why didn't you come to Golconda fort. So much you need to cover. 😪

Shruti jha Telugu people are more in Hyderabad than muslims. Hyderabad's main official language is Telugu, second is Urdu.
