I traveled to the Zanskar Valley back in 2021 through Kargil-Padum route and came back to Leh via Lingshed-SingeLa-Photoksar route… I would definitely say this region is one of the most beautiful places in India. Back then network connectivity was pretty poor in places like Purne and Kurgiakh but it was surprising to see that Jio connectivity was way better than the BSNL… All the local people and drivers were mostly using jio sims…
That is awesome, must have been more raw than it is today. Lucky you :) .. and yeah the quality of JIO is far better than BSNL anyday. Just that still in some areas only BSNL exists but not too far that it will all be JIO there.
Excellent video Dheeraj. I am in Kargil right now, and driving a Tata Altroz. I want to go to Zanskar but not getting complete confidence in it. Hello Dheeraj ji, I am planning a Zanskar trip in 3rd and 4th week of May this year. I will be traveling in Creta 1.5 petrol. Starting from Manali and exiting through Kargil. Do you see any major challenges in the Shinku LA pass road during that time.
