I am edified to hear the numbers involved of Deutscher Armored vehicles sent to the Hungarian Armored Forces. A Battalion worth of Panzer IV? Formidable, considering he paucity of native production. I bet a reverse lend lease of Nimrod turrets might've been useful to the panzerwaffe. They'd fit on a Panzer III chassis, I bet.
From the look of it, the Nimrod turret might fit right atop the fighting compartment of a PSW234 chassis. Would it tip over on a slope? I wouldn't trust one without a roll bar. ;-)
Hungarian produced war matériel sent to germany consisted primarily of infantry small.arms, ammunition, large numbers of aircraft, mainly Bf109s and 110s, as well as aircraft engines, coal, oil and iron.
@@moritztabor1678 Bitte. Also, forgot to mention, but obviously aluminum. Hungary was one of the world's largest producers of aluminum in the era (still is).

The 'rationale' (if you could call it that, it was an immensly dumb move) behind the hungarian slovakian war was to gain a common border with Poland, the only potentially friendly state in the region.

The pronouncation of the names were unusually good. By the way, the hungarian letter cs equals the english letter ch. This video is important for everybody who wants info about hungarian tanks. Like Elfnet.hu but in international level.
That TAS SPG design looks pretty sick
Alas, it is fake... tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/hungary/Tas-rohamloveg-fake-tanks
Because this is a fake made by Paul Korbuly
