This loops the result of the previous frame as the input of the next frame.
You start with noise, apply some effects to it and that image is then used as the input of the next frame, you apply the same effects to it and now you have a new image that you use as input. Rinse and repeat. That's a video feedback loop.
The effects are listed as command line arguments in the description, you can see things like zoom, rotation and sharpening.
So anyone knows what this is? If anything?
