He Hua’s birth mother is Cheng Gong. HH has a twin brother He Ye. CG became unwell shortly after their birth and could not take care of her cubs. Hence, HH was fostered out to Yuan Run and her brother to Ai Li. Since January 2022 the cubs have been separated from the foster mothers too, earlier than planned. It is the practice of the panda base to eventually separate the cubs as they grow up from their mums and then eventually from each other, because pandas are actually solitary animals.
Thanks for your post. I had no idea that they separate the pandas and prepare them to be solitary. After watching these videos I’ve noticed they pandas love company. So maybe they should allow the pandas to hang out with each other more and follow their own instincts. Maybe pandas have now changed to like company?

Hwv altho captive pandas are not as driven as wild-born ones, even the keepers do not go near them after the age of 2. Only He Hua n He Ye r the exception.

只是我不太明白的是為何花花baby時不是親媽帶的。而是乾媽帶的呢？
因為龍鳳胎和花和葉的媽媽「成功女士」是老年生子 (相當於人類75歲了) 體弱又有潔癖，但也親帶這一對龍鳳胎9個月，之後姊姊才轉給乾媽圓潤(潤玥親媽)餵母乳，弟弟和葉轉給艾莉女士(艾玖親媽)餵母乳。
圓潤女士非常享受做花花的奶媽，餵奶的時候更是任勞任怨、甘願奉獻愛給小花花！

花花的媽媽叫成功，因生太多小孩了，身體不適沒辦法照顧小孩才把花花接去，圓潤媽媽帶，花花的親生成功媽媽，生完他沒多久就去世了，生太多小孩了都是用人工電擊懷孕，身體不適生病了，死掉了，最後就是生完和葉和花花，離開世間了
