Absolutely, if 4 have rivets anyways just rivet the rest of it!

Just use a m5 bolt. Take M5 thread bolt and thread a nut on the bolt. Thread bolt into riv nut until snug then hold bolt head stationary and turn the nut clockwise to suck down the riv nut. No special tools needed

Can u get to all the riv nuts from the inside? Probably have to take off all the panels?

I previously installed one on my Gen 4. Was helping my dad install one on his Gen 5. Never knew about riv nuts until watching this video. The video helped me understand why the parts bag was different than mine and how to install them correctly.

I just used a 5mm bolt, washers, and an oversized nut (does not thread on) and was pretty simple. I think the rivet jack nuts are pretty awesome and makes removal, if needed, easier.

I used rivets The rivnuts are a joke no need for them to switch from rivets

Yah we debated it. The rivnuts worked well once I modified the tool.

Yep except cost you another $30 for the tool and trying to make it work I haven’t heard one person say they haven’t had to modify a tool to make them work doo shit the bed forsure

First off thanks for the video. I am going back with Rivets, never had to remove it on my last 6 G4 sleds (wife and mine) or any of my XS sleds.... besides your placing rivets on the rear anyway.
