Usually the easiest way to cover up bleed through is to black out the background or at least use a darker color that will cover it up. But to avoid that happening you can either put a coat of the Golden satin glazing liquid on the page and let it dry before you start the page. Or you can use oil pastels for your background. Another option is if you have gel sticks or Faber Castell gelatos you can use them like you would the oil pastels. I have the set of KingArt gel sticks and I scribble some onto the smooth side of my Caran d'Ache palette and I have these blending brushes that I use to pick up the color off of the palette and rub it onto the paper. I never activate mine with water though. I just use them as they are! I know some of the options I listed don't help you with the bleed through that you already have but they are good ways to prevent it! But if all else fails, you can always cover it up with black acrylic paint! You could even add some other colors and do a galaxy background! I hope this helps! Good luck hun!😊❤

Oh and if you do a galaxy background, metallic paints and iridescent paints look really cool over the black paint 😉
