In all fairness, NECA uses ALL plastic for their dioramas right? Whereas, a lot of custom-made dioramas by regular people are mostly made out of Styrofoam. There's your added costs. It's still overpriced in my opinion, but I do get why people want the lower priced option.
neca gives you doubles, well merry Christmas, you keep the doubles and get rid of your address and account and everything and say ta ta(bye-bye birdie nec), that's what i did, and i'm happy about it too, they give, you keep, huh, cool, now good-bye neca, ............marius(punk rules).
Because it was THEIR fault and error for sending out the wrong orders to people. Those people have absolutely ZERO responsibility to return anything. Neca crossed the line threatening their dwindling customer base for their own mistakes. They could've just took the L and fired whoever is accountable, but they just added more and more mistakes on top of it.
Im no necaphile, but keeping something sent to you by mistake is theft. If you are buying neca products that you believe are overpriced, thats on you and definitely doesn't change the morality of the situation.
Morally? Or by some 'Law'? Are you saying it's 'wrong' to keep em? (JW) I'm defo NO Neca -phile either. Most figures I've bought from them? Just. Break!. And..quickly. W/out any real reason 😔
Depends on the circumstances. Kind of like with the banks accidentally sending people an obscene amount of money. If a reasonable person would assume that it was a mistake, and that you don't go from $3,000 in savings, to $3,000,000 over night; you have a legal and moral obligation to reach out to the bank and ask them if they made a mistake or not. If the same bank loads that money into your account, you reach out, and they said there was no mistake made, you have a record of that, and then they try to back-pedal and say a mistake was made; then you have a court battle on your hands, and a good chance of a settlement. If the same bank loads that money in, you reach out, and they never reply, you also have legal grounds to keep it, but also a potential legal battle later on, when/if they reach out. Circumstances surrounding an individual event matter; both legally and morally.
dear what is a more brilliant a question or answer,, if neca makes garbage of toys and rips you off your money, by the toys they make breaks inside the box, and neca tells you, TOO BAD, YOU PAID FOR IT NOW YOU KEEP IT, then, revenge is set in your little tv head them you go rampage after them like rambo,....i did, so this is not stealing, neca is stealing your money, by puting high prices on cheap made toys that break inside the box, and you my little twiky, just been burned by a toy company, got it or do i need a pepsi commercial for ya, yoy are hust not smart enough for the majority of all america,...neca gives, you take,.........marius(punk rules).
Neca in size is equivalent to McFarlane. I prefer McFarlane over them when it comes to 7 inch. I hope McFarlane gets The Predator, The Boys, Terminator, Back to The Future, and almost all of the other license Neca has from them.
NECA took 5 months to ship me my Leonardo. And all they kept telling me was it’s shipping soon. Never ordering from them again.
I’ve heard really bad stories about NECA taking forever to ship their items. Which is crazy considering you’re ordering directly from them…
It’s a bit like that with the blind box a ordered
They didn’t lose money. They lost most of the profit.

I’m actually starting to see a lot of dioramas that are mostly 3D printed and even those are much cheaper than what NECA is offering..
300?!?!?!?! Are they insane XD XD XD I was thinking 70 at most WTFFFFFF

Theft? Get off your high horse. It’s their mistake they need to fire the person that made those multiple mistakes and move on.

Fuck no, keep McFarlane and his bs away from any other franchises.
Same dude who wants to charge 250 for the joker set
I definitely prefer his articulation scheme over anything than NECA has to offer but that’s just my personal preference.
