Mind Palace! What a very interesting way to remember things. My memory is not so good and never has been. I don't file things in my mind properly. I'm going to try memorizing pieces of furniture. This seems simple enough to actually do.

Hey evan, slightly related to being frustrated, recently -11th september- I just got my exam points back. And I failed 4 of 5 exams with 1 point.
I am no longer allowed to continue, because I didn't pass a certain % of the total courses, I just came short one point...
I was down, I cried for so long, I felt like a complete moron, my confidence took a big hit. The amount of tears that came out of my eyes could have probably filled a couple of bottles.
I don't know where to put the blame, partly I know it's me and my lack of attention and focus, on the other hand, my life has been pretty chaotic after I got better from those ritalin/adderall withdrawal effects. It's funny how 1 point can make a difference.
Anyway, I've gone to court with the decision (Not real court, but something in that kind here in Belgium) so the people responsible for allowing me in, can review their decision.
MAYBE I'm allowed back in, maybe I'm not. I don't know. I just don't know how I feel about it, I know this is for me, I just know I can do this, it's there somewhere inside of me.
    It just... sucks you know?
Just wanted to get it out, I mean, eventough I've only ever seen you on youtube, you are my #1 inspiration. You've made me an overall better person. It just sucks so hard to begin all over again... again.
I'll never give up on something I really want, unless I'm forced to.
So thank you for being there for me with inspirational videos like the top 10 and entspresso series.

Elias I am sooooo sorry about school. You started school because you had a dream to graduate and you knew you could do it. You can still do it. You are still smart. You can still do homework and still take tests. If this current school situation doesn't work out as planned, another school situation will. I am CHEERING for YOU Elias!! :) Continue to #Believe and continue to #Ryze!! Move forward and make your very own Top 10 Rules for Success to help someone else #Ryze and #Believe. You WILL do it! I believe in YOU!!

I had this great tip for improving your memory. I just can't remember what it was.
C'mom, someone had to do it!
In all seriousness, I do need this. Both my short- and long-term memory have been really bad lately. For instantance, it's pretty normal not to remember things from when you were 1 or 2, but I barely remember anything from like the first 10 years.

Both the eat proper food and Mind Palace Technique seem like fun. I like them. Also, there is another way of maintaining memory, don't laugh, but I forget where I learned it, nonetheless, drinking water is big on memory. I noticed almost an immediate memory improvement by drinking water. And when I have not stayed hydrated, as I should, I noticed a decline in my ability to recall information.

As usual, a wonderful distillation of some excellent information. Biggest new idea for me: Big Idea Thinking - Sandra Bond Chapman really made the concept come alive for me. Most Helpful: Ron White elaborating on Mind Palaces. I've read about Catholic scholars using the Mind Palace technique & always been intrigued. Mr. White's detailing is invaluable to me. Thank you, Evan. #BTA6

+DiLLZGFX It's still surprise me just how some people have no idea about Rotogenflux Methods (just search it on google) although many people increase their IQ of 22 points with it. Thanks to my personal buddy who told me about this. I've increase your IQ of 23 points.

I think you could do it! He said to memorize forwards and backwards and then know the objects just by saying a number. Memorizing with this depth would set you up to add the meds to the objects and the numbers. I think you really could do it! Please come back and tell us about it!! :)
