Please never ever have a object like a drill that spins at high speed near your subwoofers 🙄 it can catch or sway near your sub or if you lose grip smash a hole in ur surround find a punch and push down and mark your holes and then drill those marks out don't make stupid mistakes when there are simple alternatives that has zero risk in damaging your expensive ass subwoofers
Could have used a small wood brace under the magnet. Thats alot of weight by itself and when the subs are bumping it might affect it even more those bottom bolts will have alot of force pushing out on them
It's nice to see someone take pride in their work and do a custom install correctly without half-assing it and taking shortcuts... You'd be surprised how many times I've seen people spend big bucks on their audio system, yet cut corners and do a hideous hack job on the installation...
This box itself it's way too small for woofers with such a unit of a magnet man... It's all about air movement and pressure but with 2 of these in such a tiny space you kill more then half your bass if not more. A decent box with just 1 will play better then whatever you reckon this is gonna do...
Ja schon geil , aber ich würde im Gehäuse ein metallring anbringen dann drücken die Schrauben nicht so ins Holz,beim fest ziehen. Ansonsten sehr geiler woofer. Und die kontaktstellen am Kabel würde ich noch verlöten und nicht bloß quetschen
I Like The Design Of Theis Speaker Box. But, It Would Have To Have Seal Arond The Ends of The Plexiglas Before Sealed With Screws. I Push Well Over 3000rms Per Sub. 2 Subs Would Blow This Apart. Other Than That. A VERY NICE Creation.

Resistência e isolamento, depende muito do tipo de proteção, mas nesse caso do vídeo, como ele não detalhou mais, aparentemente é somente para a fiação ficar mais resistente e mais isolada, além da estética, já que a caixa é transparente, não vai deixar os fios todos a mostra ou colados com fita.
Nice but that box needs internal bracing! Or a lot thicker MDF like a lot. Especially if you’re going to push at least 1500w rms through a D Class amp. Tons of current! You’re gonna get a lot of unwanted harmonics from that enclosure.
