I’m telling you, it’s hard to do, but try it just once! It focuses our attention on the only one truth that matters. Really. You will be a different person after just one repetition on your first day. My problems didn’t disappear. But doing 500 repetitions a day has greatly reduced the confusion in my mind. ITS NOTHING MAGICAL!! TRY IT ONCE. I IGNORED ANY OTHER THOUGHTS OR IMAGES WHILE SAYING IT. TRY IT!!

Guide me and that I do my job that I’ve done for many years. Also for decisions on retirement. I need prayer. I have been struggling with alcohol abuse. I'm currently going through a break up as my girlfriend ditched me. I struggle with stress and anxiety. I tend to overthink a lot, I'm lazy and can't think straight. Please help me out.

However, I started to go to church, listening to God's word, allowing God to heal my broken wounded heart. And he did. You see, God turned things around for me. He filled me with His love, and for the first time I knew what true unconditional love was. What he did for me, he will do for you. Allow him to fill you with all that he desires to bless you with. Turn to him in prayer, repentance, seeking him through your sorrows, pain, rejection, and addiction. He will set you free!! He will give you his great salvation. He will fill you with his love! Let him work in your life. Because he is the giver of life! Blessings to you, precious soul. Jesus is acquainted with all you are going through, he is a high priest who is touched by all that you are facing, yet he was without sin. He did it for you, so that you can be set free! I just discovered (actually God sent it), The Jesus Prayer: “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, have mercy on me, a sinner.” Start right now repeating this short “prayer without ceasing “ , in a quiet place with no interruptions: 500 times. I’m telling you, it’s hard to do, but try it just once! It focuses our attention on the only one truth that matters. Really. You will be a different person after just one repetition on your first day. My problems didn’t disappear. But doing 500 repetitions a day has greatly reduced the confusion in my mind. ITS NOTHING MAGICAL!! TRY IT ONCE. I IGNORED ANY OTHER THOUGHTS OR IMAGES WHILE SAYING IT. TRY IT!!
