I actually disagree. Like I agree that's what initially caused him to pull over, but not because he thought that she looked hot. I believe it was because when he noticed it was Quinn, he noticed that she didn't look like her usual self. And more importantly, that she was upset. And if you consider Logan entering therapy in the previous episode, I believe that class was helping him better his attitude and behavior in situations. Like this for ex. So imo, he seemed genuinely curious to know why she was upset and was willing to try being her friend. And if her looking hot was all he really cared about, then he wouldn't have asked her with a confused look on his face why she was dressed like that. Nor would he have encouraged her to not compete with the typical PCA girl by dressing and looking like them. Cause when he said "well, don't" to her, by the displeased look on his face, you could tell that he meant it; that he liked Quinn just the way she always was. Even if he'd never admit it in the past, ..this scene said otherwise. Well, anyways, this is just my personal opinion.
