After the Vac Station, Yeedi releases a new robot vacuum series - the Vac 2. In this video, we'll look at the Vac 2 Pro. The cheapest with obstacle avoidance and oscillating pad.
The 3D laser sensor is the same as Ecovacs with similar results. It can avoid obstacles as long as it falls in its line of sight. Unfortunately, it has blind spots, which is its biggest flaw. If the object falls in these zones, there's a high risk of collision.
The oscillating mopping pad is also efficient and one of the best at removing juice stains. But I noticed it stalling as it returned to the charging dock.
It uses VSLAM and retains the sleek low profile body of the Vac Station, meaning it'll go deep under furniture (under 3.1").
Overall, the Yeedi Vac 2 Pro is a decent value option with its quirks, but none of the robot vacuums I've tested is perfect. Everyone has its flaw, so at its price point, this product is worth considering.

My Original XIAOMI is still going strong (battery replaced) only a few problems over the last 5 years.
