From the Heaven of my Heart is one of my favorite Amorphis songs ever, and that's saying a lot. I have loved every Amorphis album/CD since Tales from a Thousand Lakes.

I read that same explanation on Sonata Arctica's DVD, the crowd was basically dead but someone commented that's their way of enjoying the music.

I'd choose "the finnish way" of how to behave on gigs. I fucking hate it when all of my concentration goes to keeping my damn feet under me, so i wouldn't be completely trampled by the crowd. I'll rather just enjoy the music.

@luizgm1972 Even though Amorphis turned into a Melodic Deathmetal band, they still are great Metal band, while many American metalcore bands don't even know what Metal is.

@luizgm1972 To be honest, I don't know who Whitney Houston is but Tales from the Thousand Lakes was a classic death metal album where the newer albums are more going to Melodic Deathmetal.

@314bg About the crowd, I read from some Finnish guy in another vid of mine that it's typical for Finland, can't explain 'coz I'm Dutch, but it was about that they have another way of enjoying the music. In Latin-America they scream thear lungs out, and in Finland they do this :P
First of all gig prices are so expencive here and The other thing is rhat we have this personal space thing and everybody respects that,if you dont it Will escalate very quickly😬 but i like our style
I used to enjoy jumping around and stuff..now I prefer to actually watch the music and appreciate it that way. Too old to jumping around and missing what's actually happening.

@luizgm1972 Well, I understand why you're so disappointed. Anyway, the new style of their music ("more compelling to a wider audience", as you rightly said) is still great, better than all those fucking American metalcore bands, although now Tomi has to carry dead mermaids here and there in order to please Tv audience, lol! (kidding). Anyway, we still have the previous albums. I love the smashing song "To Father's Cabin", and I discovered it just because of "You I Need".
