I could feel the connection growing while talking to a member of that group. Then, almost as an explosion, my heart expanded and the vibration covered the entire circle. It went very silent, everybody felt it and it was beautiful. This was an awesome and beautiful experience for me, with the realization that we're powerful beyond words, in freedom and trust
This is truly fascinating. I didn't know the workshops involved exercises like this. It sounds like Dr Joe is teaching some really wonderful useful stuff.

Love it. During a walking meditation a few days ago I could feel the same crystal inside of me. It was in my energy centers and around. The points where a few meter under my feet and above my head (where the eight center is) and connected me to earth and cosmos. In the crystal I could see a star system. A few stars connected. My body was still in the crystal. I perceived it like a device to connect with other star systems. Loved the experience 💗

The Great Consciousness amuses me.... My children's great grandfather knew Marcel Vogel, they were engineers together... AND I grew up friends with his great grandson Joseph Vogel... how funny is that? I had asked the universe for a video meaningful to me... LOL oh and i was stationed in Sardinia.. (Sardegna)
So interesting. Many years ago, late ‘80’s the Six Day Advanced Course was offered after The Forum (sequel to est). It was a week of intense personal work combined with outdoor challenges such as zip line, rappelling, running. My feeling afterward was as described above. A whole new way of seeing our world! Glad to see this kind of work being offered again!
