It,s very close to Alton Towers in Staffordshire UK Chris Brother...Almost underneath The Famous Theme park...Funny how they hide History Near Theme parks and Wildlife Conservation areas..???
could this been an active river at one time? maybe the building is the remains of some sort of mill, with a long since gone, water wheel down in the stream to drive the machinery? just guessing here....
